Rating Generator?

Does anyone know of something that can take stats and spit out 2k14 ratings?

I'm trying to convert my all-time basketballgm team into 2k14

Any help would be appreciated

Just have to use your own brain amigo to what 3pt rating you think is worthy of someone who shoots 45% etc etc
