How about adding hair, the same as 17？

You can just use hair from 2k16, that tutorial shows the whole process.

For example, let's say you wanted to convert Brandon Ingram to 2K16, you can just go and find the player you want who has the same hair, and do the process I show in the video.

When you are done converting, Ingram will have the hair of the player you chose. But like I said in the video, sometimes you have to adjust the position of the hair or scale it if it doesnt automatically fit the head perfect (I got lucky with Iverson)

For some reason, the head has a split in it when converting 2K18 though 2K21 to 2K16...

first try and I reproduce this issue with a 2K20 CF

I tried many things...

Upgrading the quality of the 2K16 model... didnt work.

Tried different conversion methods within the transfer tool.. didnt work..

What about downgrading the 2K20 model?

I just wonder how u make those converted CFs for 17?
I mean, we have to use your 18 to 17's cyberfaces for the base, instead of the faces originally from 17

So how did u make the "base" faces? Then how about making a similar base for 16?

vertex number is around 17000 for both models i used.

It was a couple years ago now, and I am not sure I remember the process.

I learned how to manipulate the hihead text file to make those 2K18 to 2K17 conversions work... messing with several sections.

So quick try : mesh data transfert 2k20 LOD1 to 2K16, same problem.

edit : same issue with LOD5

I can't seem to get the mesh data transfer tool to work on Blender 2.82, it doesn't show up on the addons, nor the menu

any way i can fix this?

For my discovery i clearly Use shrinkwrap to convert the 2k22 and 21 to 2k16 and if i have time tommorow ill record a vid on how to convert cyberface from 2k22 and 21 to 2k16 I also manage to convert the hairs from 2k22 and 2k21 to 2k16 with out using any other tools but sometimes it can be a error so have to redo the hair if there is errors here is a sample of derozan and his face tex wich is also converted

Mate any chance to know how did you manage it after this long time. I am still trying to find a way to convert cfs from 2020-21-22 to 2016?
