I understand... but if someone has a screenshot or picture of what this looks like:
First time setup: Edit 'config.ini' in your favourite text editor (Notepad will do) and change NBAPath and WaiguaPath to point to your game installation folder and Mods folder, respectively.
That would be helpful. Im just a novice at computer code and programming.

Are you using the latest version? The previous version had a bug where it would close before you get a chance to read the error message, but that should be fixed in v0.84

You need to go into the folder where you extracted the application. Right-click the file 'config.ini', then in the context menu click on "Open with..." and select the program Notepad.
Using Notepad, find the line that starts with "NBAPath" and change the path to your NBA 2K21 installation folder path.
Then, find the line that starts with "WaiguaPath" and change the path to the path to the Mods folder inside your NBA 2K21 installation folder.
Finally, go to FIle > Save.

It should work for 2K20, although I haven't tested it in a while. Simply set NBAVersion in the config.ini file to NBA2K20 instead of NBA2K21. Also, in 2K20, hair and beard uses the same texture, so there are only three safe options:
a) hair only, no beard
b) beard only, no hair
c) hair and beard both from the same source player
Otherwise the beard is probably going to look wonky.

Jeek313 wrote:martoluthor wrote:is there a way to get a fat body type? coz i manage to get chubby faces but not bodies.
The body shape is actually part of the head model, it's just that as far as I know, the developers didn't bother giving fat bodies to most of the chubby faces, because their bodies are usually covered anyways (in suits etc). So you would have to edit the model in Blender. (I don't know any fat-bodied cyberface that I could recommend, but that doesn't necessarily mean there isn't one, I haven't really been looking for them)

There is a way to use Cyberface Mixer with modded models that aren't in the manifest, I just haven't mentioned it yet.
Create a folder called "Overrides" inside of the Cyberface Mixer folder and place Shaq's cyberface there. You can put it straight in the Overrides folder or in a subfolder (up to you), but always make sure to paste both the png####.iff and the face####.iff, otherwise it won't load. Then, in your cyberface recipe, type in the CFID of that Shaq cyberface in the "Base" column.
If you do everything correctly, the app should say "Overrides found for cyberface ####" when exporting your recipe.

I made a spreadsheet that randomly generates 50 values for each parameter of your spreadsheet. I've included logic to make it realistic as well. Mainly so black guys aren't generated with with white guy hairstyles.
I plan on uploading it to the forums today and will of course give big credits to you!
I appreciate your hard work man!
