JERSEY/UNIFORM PS TEMPLATE

Apologies to the admins for opening a new topic, but I need this and I'm sure someone knows what I'm looking for.

Guys, somewhere on the forum I found a 2k19 photoshop unifrom (jersey+shorts) template. However, my HDD broke down and now I can't find the same template. Where can I find it? Can you help me, please ?!
I also found floor template on the forum and managed to save it in a flash, but not and this one for jersey. He may even be the same creator, but I don't know his name.

Hi guys what else do I need to do apart from editing in Photoshop (is there any guide for this particular template-maybe from RobDavis?). How do I insert it to .iff file?
