Pre-Order Bonus Code Not Working

So, it seems that this is still an issue that people are having. My copy of the Mamba Forever edition sadly is no exception; when I try to redeem the code, it says that it's invalid.

For anyone else who's having this problem, apparently a solution is in the works and some people have been lucky enough to have had it resolved already, but man, this is messy.

It is. Still waiting to hear back; with so many people experiencing issues, it's taking a while for them to get to all the tickets.

Well, I found the solution to my problem. The code in the box didn't work, but I later got an email with the appropriate codes from the retailer, so that's all sorted.

Still, that's a bit confusing, and it worries me about the code in the box for the PS5 version. I'm concerned that when the time comes, that's going to be an issue. Also, the initial mix-up with digital copies wasn't a good look, but I'm glad that's been sorted now as well.
