Just to the face, I think you could make a few subtle tweaks to his chin area that would go a long way. I think you could push it up and make it a bit smaller +the jawline a bit narrower that would make a big difference, it kind of depends on the angle you look at but I think it's a combination of the chin and jaw size/shape. I think it's a little too big when you see it in game. Few photos just to show what I mean -

I think the skin colour should be a bit darker as well. And the lips could be more pronounced, particular the upper lip.
Outstanding work as ever, just some suggestions.
This is actually helpful I was still wondering if the jaw to chin shape was still off somewhat. I'll try and fix him when I get the chance.
