ACCIDENTALLY DELETED NBA APPLICATION/EXE

Hi, i need help co'z i accidentally deleted my NBA 2K20 application (just the application not the entire files)
and i don't have any back up of it at my pc, is there somebody can help me please
i just need that application copy the one that you open to get in the game THANKSSSS

you can repair from steam

As stated above, just repair your game. Be aware that it will repair any file that isn't same as latest version, so it may overwrite files with mods to original state.
