Latest I have been working on....from this incredibly clean set of designs I found by Dustin Locke. Still one more of the set to do and some fixes and tweaks. I am still working on all of mine, when I am happy with them all I will release them all in one go. For now I will continue just posting whatever I am working on...

Start over with original files, then make changes to .rdat file with Notepad++

Nah I always use notepad++, scratching my head with this one. But yeah might just start over and see if it stops.

you either saved the file type wrong or your missing a file inside of the jersey.iff.

Definitely have all the files because I only took out the jerseycolor and rdat and put them both back. Will check the file type that could be it, maybe clicked something by mistake when saving the DDS file. Thanks rob.

Man this is bizarre I can't figure it out, tried it again. Saved everything like I have done before, but it keeps instantly crashing the game.Do I need to make some sort of changes to the tweak file, I notice that Pinoys jersey usually have that as well but haven't touched them yet so wouldn't know what to do. It's not any wild changes I have made just trying to make an updated Pistons Teal jersey so frustrating that I can't figure out why.

I am thinking maybe it's do with the size of the jersey color being 4096x4096 but the normal being 2048x2048 still, dunno if that affects anything but gonna play around with that and see....

edit: still crashing, hope I can figure this out lol

Ok deleted the headersize and mips etc. in the TXTR files and that seems to have been the issue.

Still tweaking it haha, but I'm just trying to do a Pistons classic jersey with the teal retro ones.

Think there is still a few things that need tweaked, but here it is. Took me long enough haha. Credits to Pinoy21 I used his jerseys as a base.

Been modding some more classic jerseys to make them fictional Nike Classic Editions...I like the result, so definitely gonna keep doing lots more. Though can be tricky to get the colour just right as sometimes looks darker in game than intended.

Looks amazing. Check the bottom arm trim of the left arm hole of the raptors jersey. Looks like the black extends a little too far

Been working on a fiesta spurs jersey myself, still things to tweak and need to figure out how to edit number texture files but so far...

So is there a way to edit the jersey number position, like precisely? Like you can see how it's totally misaligned there, is there a way to move it where I want just below the wordmark? Or will I just need to find a jersey with a number I want and save over it.

Which is my next point, I tried saving the jersey number after editing the colour but it made the jerseys invisible. I assume it's whatever dds settings I used, so how do you change the colour also. Help is appreciated.
