NEED HELP . Fixing beared in blender

Hi. i kinda have some problem fitting the facial hair in 2k20. on blender it looks good. however once rendered and put on the game facial hair looks like that. any fix to this? Thanks !

Need to make it smaller in blender, probably move a bit up as well.

i already did that on blender it was perfect. i will attach the snap here. i dont know what to do to fix it

start over in blender and make sure you save it in object mode.

Did you delete the other LOD shapes from the hair file?

Yes all deleted . i usually do this every now and then with success. hoiwever for some reason this beared wont cooperate. this is the first time i encountered this problem. been editing facial hairs for mos now
