Live In-Game Slider Changing?

I'm trying to use Lambda's Slider for patch 1.05 to change CPU sliders while they play. How do I make it update (they'll miss shots when i have 3pt success at 100)? It seems it doesn't update unless I pause and go to sliders, any other way I can achieve this?

I do CPU vs CPU games and want to make them hit game winning shots.
