To people who download retro roster. How much size weight all those retro files?

I don't know how big is retro part, but all-together with modern staff and original files (if there are any left) it takes 32,3GB on my hdd...

Hello slimm44 and skoadam! I just want to tell you guys, from my initial playtesting of this 2k14, I came from 2k11 and previously 2k19 but my pc can no longer play 2k19 lol, so I downgraded to 2k11 and now 2k14, man this 2k14 URB mod is fantastic! I just got crushed by Lebron James and I'm playing the cavaliers which are expected haha! So fun to play from the initial playtesting. I want you guys to know that Thank you! This is the best mod to play during free time
on quarantine, I have work but there's too much free time when I'm out of the work haha!

Hello, Thank you for your compliment! Anyway, I just want to ask, is URB mod compatible with other shoes mod, I want to add other shoes mod cause I discovered that dylan windler and iirc malik newman have white generic shoes. but if not, I guess I just have to assigned random shoes to players with shoes that still have generic ones even if I install it correctly and in order.

That's the only gripe/complaint I have and there are players too on other team that have shoes that are still black and white shoes. but for the most part the game ROCKS and is ultra realistic

Thanks for great mod, made it fun to comeback to this game since I don't feel like playing current 2k game anymore.

Using just stand alone current year mod and noticed that signature skills are missing on players , is it intentional design ?

I'm playing mycareer and I've found some workarounds to the crashing issues:
1) to avoid early crash after 1st game of the season :

1. Create a New Player. (NOTE: You can't do this on a current save. You have to make a new one.)
2. Don't put on any accessories. (Ex. Arm Sleeves, Ballers, Knee Pads/Sleeves, Ankle Brace/Wrap etc. Just socks)
3. Click 'Enter' and once the prompt to save the file appears, DON'T SAVE IT. JUST SKIP IT.
4. Once on the Rookie Showcase you can either play your hardest or just force yourself to foul out. It's your choice.
5. Once you get drafted to a team, AGAIN, DON'T SAVE THE FILE YET. JUST PLAY AND DON'T SIMULATE OR SKIP A GAME UNTIL YOU FINISH YOUR 6TH GAME. Just play every game.
6. Don't put on any accessories until you finish your 6th Game.
7. Once you get the prompt to choose what shoe endorser you want, it's better to not choose Nike yet. Even after you choose your shoe endorser, don't put any shoes from that brand yet. Just stick to the default shoes. You can change shoes after your 10th game.
8. If you get past your 6th game and it did not crash, you can finally save your game.

2)To avoid crashing after key games

1. Make current save backup just in case before the key game
2. When you are loaded into mycareer delete the save file, so essentially game can't auto-save anymore
3. Play they key game and the next game after it.
4. Can save your mycareer

2k14 signature skills make gameplay worst.
