you have to save it as a .dds file
Yes you can crop the hair and add to your own facecolor file

TGsoGood, hey bro. thanks for the texture. can you help me make it look more like realistic. i tried using the texture you gave which was epic. but it only flat to the head tho. how can i make it pop like realistic wave?

Editing the normal map would probably give the hair a 3d light effect but I wouldn't know what you you need to do to accomplish the look you are trying to get.
