MyCareer Player lost his team

I was using limnono to see if i could actually trade my player with it, after i pressed trade it didnt assign me to any team and couldnt join any team either. Saying that trade deadline has finished. Any fixes for this ? That was so dumb of me to just try to trade my player recklessly without know how to properly do it lmao.
Edit : The jersey changed right after i pressed trade. It changed to the regular 2K jersey that you see when creating a player.

Try trade same way just with actually team player Your player > Lakers Caruso

How do i do that ?
