I have sent 1985-2009 updated rosters and the finished 2020 roster to Sko. When he stops being lazy, he will release everything.

How i can edit draft class for 2k13 outside of the game?

open tool "NBA2K13Turbo12"
switch to "player", then "vitals".

start 2K13 game
load roster with payer you want to add to Dract Class
click on player "edit player" (yet you see the player with his name, position, height, weight, etc....)

minimize game and click "read" in "NBA2K13Turbo12" (in the middle of the screen)
then click "clone" (right on the screen)
a new small window appears
click "read" in small window and choose "rookie"

go back to 2K13 and press "enter" button.
load Draft Class
choose any playce in Draft Class
press "enter" (your player is now in Draft Class woth "rookie" status)
save Draft Class

that way it takes about 30 seconds in time to add a rookie to Draft Class.

I'd like to replace it with the 70 season

New things I spotted:

There is a black arm / missing head problem in 1998 roster. Also, some star players are locked for Blacktop in the All-Time current roster like AI, KB24. Tried to fix it with Leftos' roster editor but it didn't work.

Edit 29th March 2020: Blacktop problem was solved. I adjusted the save files and it worked.

Somehow there were 2 saves files in my computer, each one in different windows accounts. I delete one of them and edited the other roster file with Leftos' roster editor and missing blacktop players has appeared.

download tool "Reditor".
open roster with Reditor and check in tab "jerseys" for iff files.

OMG i just saw Ewing is skinny in all rosters...
