Super hero mods/custom cyberfaces?

Could anyone point me in the direction of modders that make the custom cyberfaces? (Such as superheros like the Hulk, and actors like John Cena).
I see these mods exist, but not even a trace of where they came from.
Would be very helpful if I could find a contact.

Most of those mods are paid. Furthermore, the authors share them in closed Chinese messaging groups. I think in part, by different youtubers who have made a lot of money from videos in which the authors have not been given credit. I can access it, but obviously it is not free.
