NBA2K14 crashing after 1st game

Hello, guys! I have a problem. In MyCAREER, in the first NBA game, after I played this very game, I hit the exit button. Until then, everything is normal, I can look at statistics and so on. But after I click exit, I am thrown out of the game, no errors are issued. How to fix it, please tell me? Thanks so very much
I use roster Mackubex 2019-20 16 march update.

As explained before, MyCAREER has problems with custom rosters and original rosters alike. There are no official or unofficial fixes to resolve these issues.
