RED MC - Team Insert/Swap Between Rosters - Tutorial

I made a tutorial on how to insert/swap teams from roster to roster. This has commentary as well with me explaining why I am doing what I am doing.

You can get a new team into a roster in like 15 minutes once you get the hand of it.
