【NBA2K11】19-20 Season Mod Patchs

Hey I have a problem, when I load the 19-20 roster and try to play The Association the game crashes, any help?

Load the roster file, then "Play Now" using any team. Then right before tip-off, return to the main menu and start your Association mode.

do i need the full game on pc or can i just download this and be able to play?

So I downloaded this and did everything right but the faces Don't pop up on the new roster.. No Nike jerseys either. Please help

Just a heads up for our newcomers - first of all, welcome! - we only support legal versions of the game in this community, so you will need the full version of the game. There is currently an issue where this mod needs to be repackaged without files it shouldn't have, but moving forward, you will definitely need to get your hands on a legal copy if you don't already have one. For more information about our policy in that regard, please check out our Rules.

I'm seeing a lot of posts from people who are having trouble getting the mod to load or any of the files to show up. To help you out, it would definitely help us to know exactly what you've done. This is because, in all my experience, when someone says they've done everything right, they've either:

1. Missed one of the steps
2. Not actually done everything right, even if it's just a minor mistake in file placement, or forgetting to load the custom roster (it's easily enough done!).

So yeah, letting us know exactly what you've done helps us pinpoint why a mod isn't working, as we obviously can't see your PC and how everything's been set up otherwise. As a basic overview though, here's what you should be doing:

1. Make sure that you download all parts of the main folder updates, so that the archive will open properly.
2. Extract the files from the NBA 2K11 folder in the archive, directly to your NBA 2K11 folder (by default, that'll be C:\Program Files (x86)\2K Sports\NBA 2K11 in 64-bit Windows)
3. Make sure that the files have gone directly into that folder. If they're in a subfolder (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\2K Sports\NBA 2K11\NBA 2K11 or something similar), the game won't load them. If you extracted the files to the right place, they'll be overwriting original files.
4. Also make sure that you download the custom roster file (19-20.ROS). Everything else is artwork, this is the actual roster with updated lineups and new players.
5. Place that roster file in your NBA 2K11 saves folder. To get there, use the Run command (Windows Key + R) or Search/Cortana, and type in %Appdata% and press Enter. This will take you to the Roaming folder, where you can then go to 2K Sports and finally NBA 2K11. This is where you need to place the roster file.
6. Once all the files have been placed in the correct folder, you can run the game.
7. Now you'll need to load the roster in-game. Go to Options, Load/Save, and finally Load. Look for the 19-20 roster file, and select it.
8. Note that you will likely have to reload the roster at some point, as it doesn't permanently replace the default roster

Hope this helps! Once again, if you are having trouble, please outline exactly what you did so that someone can help pinpoint the issue.

Could we get a fix for The Association? It's the old salary cap with the new contracts and the mode is basically unplayable

Sounded like the guy had no idea there were several 2K games modded already, he was super impressed about the logos, cyber faces, etc. In any event, it occured to me, is there any place where ALL the up to date current season mods available are listed? So that somebody can clearly see what mod there is for 2019-2020 across the PC 2K library? Because I come here quite often and I had no clue there was such an up to date 2K11 mod.

Andrew has had his thread going for a while and this thread appeared rather suddenly due to it mainly being ported over from a Chinese forum. Alot of my work is included which is why it got shared here. Browsing the latest posts on each of the forums modding sections every now and then is probably the best way to keep up to date.

Ok. I'll have to have a look at why people like 2K11. In comparison to other games. Whether it's last-gen nostalgia or if as I've read from some people and seen on Youtube it's that it's the best one for animation, gameplay, etc.
I honestly do love 2K20, but as the years have passed, I find myself constantly preferring sports titles from 2005-2012. I think it's the pinnacle era of well rounded achievement in physics and offline single player options.

I don't think we ever figured out how to do change the salary cap. The only fix would be manually adjusting the salaries so that they fit the old one.

The main aspects are for me personally that it's the most deep single player experience out of all the NBA 2K games. It is incredibly customizable unlike the current gen games so if there is any version of basketball you like, it can be made possible in 2K11. I am also playing alot of 2K20 at the moment too and enjoying it but what I've found is that when the new games come out, I'll eventually get bored of em after maybe 100 hours or so and I always come back to 2K11 until the next game releases as no other 2K game has the same depth and replayability offline.

I read carefully all the posts and all the instructions, but I still have some problems.

I downloaded the .RAR files from the Mediafire link. Everything extracts OK and the game is playable (even without the original 2K11 installed) and it shows 2K20 but all I see are the 2010-11 rosters and there's no ROSTERS.ROS file included. All there is is a NBA2K11 folder 6.681 files. Am I doing something wrong?

The .ROS file is inside there somewhere just search 19-20. My G-League update definitely includes the roster if that does not work

Hello people. I am new to this community. This mod seems to use as much space as the original game and it makes me replace (I think) every file already installed in my 2k11 folder. Does this mod include all of the files from the original 2k11, and if it does, is there a download for just the "mod" part of it? Thanks:)

At the moment there isn't, but given our rules regarding distributing the whole game, it will need to be repackaged ASAP.

Question, can you use JSGME to run this mod? Just so you can have the original game intact should you want to play it?

I'd say so. People have use JSGME with various versions of NBA 2K with success in the past.

Hi all, everything works for me except the courts. All the courts are the 2010-11 courts.

EDIT: Looks like you need high arena settings to load courts, my bad.

So I don't own 2k11 previously, but I downloaded this mod. The game runs perfectly fine, but I don't know where to put the 19-20 rosters without a "save" folder.

You'll need a legal copy of the game. As I mentioned earlier, we don't supported pirated versions; the mod still needs to be repacked accordingly.

I'll try sorting that out this week just busy atm. I'll just find which part has the exe file in and re-upload, instead of all 7
