NBA 2k20.5 - Back on Track

I know this project hasn't got much traction lately but I thought I'd at least showcase the progress made. I haven't added tattoos to some players yet and some players have faces that aren't showcased here, but I still wanted to at least demonstrate the massive amounts of working going into this project. All accurate cyberfaces, tattoos, portraits, and pictures. These are not finished products and will only be available in the final release. I did not create the majority of these and have a talented and dedicated group I’m working with.

It's just too bad that these huge ambitious projects are always released a few months before the next NBA 2k game comes out. By that time it's time to just get the new game with all of the CF's included.

That’s true. But those that don’t upgrade will have something to play. This’ll be more accurate than 2k21 at least.

Precisely because these are huge projects, with high quality content, it takes time to create them. As bluejaybradon says, I'm sure the wait will be worth it. Many of us put more effort into realism than 2K itself.

Just a quick heads up, I now have an accurate cyberface for every player on an NBA roster, as well as over two dozen free agents. That being said, one major component I’m still in need of is portraits. I’ve got raul77’s portraits and they are top notch, but there are still some players missing. I thought I would reach out to the community in hopes of expediting this project.

Basically, I’m in need of full body portraits of most two-way players. I can do them, but if someone is able to help with this less complicated task, I can focus on finishing the ratings and getting this released. If no one is able to, I’ll keep working my way through them so no worries.

Thanks everyone, I’ll post a folder of all the portraits I’ve got. They basically need to be “cut out”. It would save me a huge amount of time and I could finish the signatures and ratings then release this beast.

On a side note, I really want to thank the guys I’m working with publicly. They’ve all been a huge help and were on the CAP faces early. Together we can all finish this massive undertaking. It truly is a 2k20.5!
