CITY Courts DO NOT Appear When I Select CITY Jersey--Are Courts Available Yet?!?

Hey guys...
When I select to play as the HOME team wearing one of the "City" jerseys, the corresponding "City" court does NOT show up... I've seen some online screenshots of people playing on City Courts... Are they using a patch? Cause I've tried just about every team and NONE of the courts showed up... Does anyone know why that would happen? Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you!
UPDATE: Also, I have a legitimate release of the game, the game is up to date, I used the Steam tool to "validate" all of my Local Files (nothing was found invalid) and I was using NBA 2K20 Limnono Tool [v.1.04]--but I deleted it, just in case it was causing an issue & it STILL isn't working. Again, any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you!
