Mascots before Elite 3

I saw some people at the park with mascots and they were SS1 and I was wondering how can I do that to what mods can I use to do it to

yeah i want that mod but clearly it needs to be paid for....so if some1 knows where and how ill like to know

That’s not really a mod. A mod normally add something into the game whereas they’re using assets that are already available in the game. A mod is really only something that can be seen by those that have it downloaded.

What happened is these people hacked the game and cheated. Not supported here.
