Re: Official Patch Notes & Discussion (Latest Patch: 1.06)

What's with the patch notes getting more non-detailed every update? If they are not going to list every fixes they should just write "For improve stability" or some generic stuff.

They have been extremely lacking in detail this year for some reason. It's been an odd change.

Any news about the PC Patch?

Should be coming soon: https://steamdb.info/app/1089350/depots/

The QA branch is what I'm looking at here. It was updated about five hours ago from this post, so it shouldn't be much longer.

Haven't had it happen to me yet, though I've had random crashes since launch, same as the last couple of games.

Which is odd since the last two 2k didn't have a problem with crashing. I'm assuming they still have the same file structure on PC, so why this is still happening is weird.

Can't rule out an issue with my system/configuration as it's happened to me from NBA 2K17 onwards, though it's difficult to pinpoint the cause and it thankfully doesn't happen every single time. It's generally only when I'm loading into a mode or a game as well; I can't recall it happening too often during gameplay itself.

Man, look this GENERIC PATCH NOTES...

"Many, many more fixes included to improve the overall experience of NBA 2K20!"

I think 2k just made ZERO changes on gameplay.... 2K is done....

Apparently there were a couple, but I don't know why the official patch notes have become so generic and uninformative.

The best fixes on the planet, some might say!

It's truly astonishing how lacklustre the patch notes have been this year.

Details are scarce and difficult to confirm since the adoption of the "many, many more fixes" approach to patch notes, sadly.
