If you were a legal guy, I wouldn't bother you. But you are sharing illegal material on your website for some time. Therefore, you are harming PC users, 2K could stop launching the PC version for actions like yours.
you are not a modder, I doubt that you know how to edit textures, because I have never seen a mod of my own made by you.
Here many users spend time creating something new, for our enjoyment. If 2K stops production on PC, you will end the modding and all the content created by us. I am not the moderator of this website, but I try to contribute to help and improve the community with my works, help, etc.

You aren’t being smart, that was content from official steam version with a backup of original exe. And I did the same for 1.06 bcs we needed that exe for cheat tables last year but you know nothing about modding.
