No way to convert directly from 2K17 to 19/20, even it would take few hours to make it works for 2K19/20 .
but at this point, i'm not motivated at all for many reasons : no 80's retro roster, i'm not sure that a lot of people would be interested in this old scoreboard, and at this point i still havent fun with 2K20 (i try a lot of sliders but...).

Here's a preview of my 2007 ESPN scoreboard made for 2K19, and fixed for 2K20 :

Well, i have to finish it for 2K19 first but it's in the pipe.

Quickly work on it this morning, fix NBC external color, quarter font size, end of quarter size and position
everything seems OK for 2K19 release
conversion to 2K20 will be quick too.

BTW I will have to make a hard choice with this one because of the long team name of few teams.
It will work with most of the teams, but with a retro team like '03-'04 TIMBERWOLVES, i have to choose if i cut the team name somewhere near the score, or if i let it be over the score and let roster makers fix the team name (no one have found how to replace properly team name by city name on 2K19 - and 2K20 i guess).
