Created player physical settings saved where?

Where are physical attributes like wingspan, shoulder width, and body length saved for created players? This year, they changed how wingspan / shoulder width sliders function. They also disabled the body length slider. I was hoping to manual change the shoulder, chest, waist width settings for created players the same way cyberfaces have those attributes in the RDAT file that can be edited.
