Tremont Waters is in the game. He was face scanned, just hidden. I suspect he’ll be added to the official roster in the next update.

Do you know if Weatherspoon ( spurs), Shayok (sixers), Guy ( Kings) faces are hidden in the disk too?

Yes, all three of those are in the game. I just added Waters, Guy, and Weatherspoons tattoos.
