About 2 hours ago I started Nba2k20 and I got the message of downloading game updates but it stays at 0% all the time and when I cancel it I can't play games because after the 2kTV video the game crashes and it closes no matter What mode or what kind of match.Does someone knows what could be happening??

Please can someone tell me what I need to do because I can't play games..

Right-click on NBA 2k20 in Steam, click properties, go to local files, and then click verify the integrity of game files. This solves the vast majority of crash issues.
