Converting 2k20 files to 2k19

Just wondering if we will be able to transfer say the png file for a player from 2k20 to 2k19. I think I seen somewhere that someone created a tool that allows us to transfer different player files from previous games but I'm not 100% sure.

I just really like how my game is playing right now. I only do Myleague and I finally got a good slider set and roster which allowed me to play into my 5th season so far.

I just know that it won't be until like January before 2k work out all the kinks (8 patches lol) so I'll just play 2k19 until then. Plus since there were no significant changes to Myleague. So in essence I just want to use the updated player models from 2k20 and Ill be fine.

No way to answer that for sure until NBA 2K20 comes out and someone tries it. My guess is that the file format won't have changed too much and someone will figure something out, but it's something we won't know until it can be tested.
