yes, at least retro teams gear( correct era jerseys and warmups) can have appropriate visual assets.I know licence in sports games a problem.it can solve similar fake's replica cyberfaces and names can be good.

They have to be careful with how much any of the placeholder players actually resemble anyone, but the copy and paste faces, bio data, and names are distracting.

I'm late, but I'd love them to eliminate so many defensive encryptions, where the defensive players stick like limps to the player who carries the ball without being able to do anything to separate them from them, you lose fluidity in animations

I can not continue seeing how the double teams press, causes the player who carries the ball to slow down or block an invisible wall when there are no defenses nearby.

that the jumps of the defender on the player who carries the ball is penalized do not steal the ball magically

I dont know why noone mentions the blacktop mode. There is only one court and the jersey/shirts they make you wear look bad. Here is what i liked back in 2k15:

It doesn't have the same popularity as other modes which is why it gets overlooked. That being said, any suggestions for Blacktop while we were compiling the Wishlist would've been quite welcome.

I do wanna mention how there is a 'Force Non-Starter' option on the Vitals section on players. In addition to that or maybe to even replace it, I feel like it'll be better to have a 'Force Starter' option instead for a few reasons. Ratings rise is the top priority because 2k only does starting lineups based off the top 5 highest rating for each position rather than taking in part of 'fit'. Alongside with that, some teams IRL have starters that'll only play in limited minutes while their sixth/seventh man will have the majority of the minutes at that position.

Impossible on current gen consoles, but next-gen consoles are said to have hardware ray tracing support, which means it is definitely a possibility.

Let us enable player introductions for every game! They are one of the coolest parts of an NBA game. I want to see my players enter the court and hear their names...and not be forced to listen to David Aldrige talk about something I am not that interested in.

David Aldridge left TNT and NBA-TV to go back to writing full time, with the Athletic. He shouldn't be in this year's game.


Looks like I was wrong. He's in 2K20 as well. Don't know why though.
