I don't think you're going to have much luck, sorry to say. Most people in this community mod the PC version, and those that aren't on PC tend to be on PS4 or X1. It's not very often that you see someone mention the PS3 version (especially since 2013) around these parts.

That being said, there's nothing wrong with making the request, but my advice would be to not get your hopes too much, because there hasn't been much in the way of content for or discussion of the PS3 version of NBA 2K17 here. I don't think there are many (if any) compatible tools that facilitate deep rosters, either.
