Shuajota´s Roster 2019-2020 Season V3 (08.27.2019) Released!

Hey Shua, you know I've been rockin' with you for a while but for the life of me I can't figure out why you think it's ok to preview other people's work like it's your own. Sorry bro, it's just not cool. There's really no excuse for it. Your own work is good enough - you don't need to preview others.

What are you talking about man? All these previews are mine. This is my roster and I´m creating my own portraits and using portraits from other modders too. I´m in contact with them, I have their permission and I have made cfs for chinese players for them too. But you don´t know these info. Just I posted these previews because I want to keep updated my post. So nothing wrong here, I will credit them on my post. I´m putting a lot of work on this roster, this is not all art stuff. Your comment completely distorts my topic...Thank you eh.

I think the point is that you don’t need to include that in your previews. Like when you mix them together, it looks like you’re taking credit for all of it. I would personally keep it separate, where anything you download and use off of these Chinese sites and preview, you credit appropriately. Then post ones actually done by you separately.

Or just post the ones you’ve done. I think it’s only a big deal to show what you’ve done beyond just what’s available from the other portrait creator. That’s what will separate this project. Anyone could throw a roster together with those Chinese portraits added. Yours stands out for reasons beyond that.

Shuajota besides what has been said. I really enjoy your work. Your contributions to the modding community has been the only real reason I even play NBA 2k. Keep it up bro, looking forward to the release this weekend and your future projects as well.

That’s a good point. I had failed to consider they were to show the players were on the right team. Good point and keep up the good work.

I don't think it distorts anything. Clearly you've put in a lot of work on your roster (cyberfaces, trades, etc...). I'd just make that the lead not other modders work. I never see anyone else practice this application unless they have joined forces and are working on a project together w someone else. It's just my perspective, be offended if you wish. I've given you enough credit and praise over the years (even defending you when it wasn't very popular). So, I'm not attacking you. I think there is necessary dialogue that's needed - just as BJB initially questioned you about the photos previously.

Shuajota, thanks for the update but the contracts are not updated. Rookie contracts are missing (most of them have 1yr 838K), most of the FAs that changed team are in their existing contracts (i.e Knicks, Hawks, Pacers transfers..etc.)

Trey Lyles is on the Spurs.

Can you post the CF ID's just for the rookies?

Lot of missing rookies, players on the same teams from last year and the FA pool. Had to fix a lot of the roster myself. Pistons #1 pick, Sekou Doumbouya is missing also. Outside of a few more adds, it's good work, especially on the faces.

Can we all chill? Christ, the man said he’s working on it. There’s thousands of transactions to keep straight. You can’t all constantly ask for a release and then point out all the deficiencies when it’s released incomplete. It’s a work in progress.

I feel like there’s no need to point out every player that is missing. There’s going to be quite a few for awhile. He’s got access to the NBA transaction feed like the rest of us and is following the roster movement the best he can.
