Help on Modding Portraits PLEASE!

hello guys. i'm new in modding 2k19. i want to edit some portraits/headshot of players. i followed d3m tutorial but when i put my edited iff file in modded folder and play the game, the portrait doesn't seem to appear. it's just blank. Please help i want to learn. i want to contribute in 2k community modding

In the .iff, do you have changing the name of the .png file ? Looks if the name of the .png file is the same inside the .TXT

there's no png file in chr_g1411.iff . only TXT and DDS

for exemple, if its:

chr_g1970.dds
open the TXT and look the "Binary" line and then need to be "chr_g1970.dds"

Nah. Extract it, compress it in .zip or .rar and modif it in. Dont import with the 2K Xplorer

i test your file. it actually works! what editor you use? is there some tutorial?

I've got the last version, this isnt the problem. I really dont know where the issue come from... :/

I am running into the same issue. The portrait will not show up for some reason.

i tried it too but no portrait is appearing
