i hope that's true cuz the way ebgames bullcraps me by saying october 5th then those two days can be a 0% change for me if they are right for my area

I would assume that the North American release date applies to pretty much every area in the US, though your local stores might not get it in straight away.

By the way, this should have gone in the release date thread, we're trying to keep threads about the release to a minimum.
