How to open .iff files?

I tried both XnViewMP and Irfanview, neither of them was able to open .iff files for cyberface, team logos etc. What are the programs modders use to open .iff files? I dont plan to modify the files anytime soon, just to take a look at the files as if they are image/photos on my PC. Can anyone tell what softwares can read/open NBA2K's .iff files?
