you have to use my global add on in your custom global or use mine because the add ons are going to change the white players so they are not so bright white, and make sure you have all of 2ks updated stadiums threw nba2k explorer imported if not the floors will be bright white because i added a photo mod correction to all the stadiums.this is a new feature.This also has fog enabled if you dont like it go to video settings and turn off volumetric lighting. I took 2k16 sweat file it makes the sweat look more smaller and better.

This has all 30 teams you have to use all these files in here to get the full effect like in the video.If you don't want to use my global than open the global add on's and copy and paste to your global. One more thing only you need to replace if you are using my facial global go to the add on global and copy and paste face_roughcurvedense.470b041cb396b715.dds in my global.

The only problem i am having is i need to turn down the bright white without changing jerseys colors one by one.

Result is interesting on the players in close ups but not 2K14 at all. On some courts, its amazing (Bulls).
but on bright courts (76ers for example), floor is too bright.
And on all arenas, crowd is black waxed

in my honest opinion this was the only thing that was missing from 2k19 graphics wise, the skin is actually interacting with the light and gives a sense of depth. can’t wait for this new shader

Mike, I was playing MyLeague and realized that the scrimmage arena still uses the previous 2K's lighting. Not really realistic per se, but it has the previous games' feels. I was looking for the file and found it as s729.iff. Tried importing its PostEffect.FxTweakables into other arenas and it worked well together with the s729's lightmap (with the filename's changed as well). The only problem is that white players and jerseys are too bright. You think you could look into it? Thanks for your mods, as always, man

I've also tried using previous 2K's lighting and found that PostEffect.FxTweakables from 2k16 onwards work, and look real good, too. (still too dark though, but feels more natural compared to what we have in 2k19) I take it back, s729's lighting is nowhere close to the previous 2k's lighting but gets the brightness done (arenas in 2k19 are too dark) without being heavy on shadows on players.

76ers is way too dark on court from the 2k15 light

I like the lighting of the players but the overall brightness of everything is WAY too high. It looks like someone just cranked up the brightness and color settings on the tv. It doesn't look like an accurate representation of on the court NBA presentation. In fact, its much brighter than even your Raptors Bucks preview above.

This mod is so nice! Last one was super bright. This clears everything up. Beautiful. Does anyone know how or where to get retro courts? I really want classic rockets. Do nba 17 courts work?
