Surely, I'm doing something wrong because the links never work for me and I know that several people play with this mod and roster. And if the link isn't dead, I find one but stuck behind tons of scammy ad links. Is there a reason I never find the file here available to download? Is it blocked to certain regions or something?

Definitely an issue to raise in the release topic. That way, it's more likely to be seen by Shuajota, and it reduces the likelihood of the same conversation taking place in multiple topics.
