I wish to know the answer to that question, what software to use to extract files from the sync.bin, cause all the new shoes models are placed in Sync now not 2N and 2W like previous

I'm not sure how much you have dug into it, but when I open up the SYNC.bin archive in 7-Zip and then open one of the numbered subarchives within it, I will find files with the names I am looking for, but those files look to be compressed or encrypted or something. For the durag, I see two files with different extensions - (.ClothingTableItem) and (.CBND), which appears to be what contains the actual 3D files and textures for the durag. When I try opening that in 7-Zip it does not work.
I think for shoes it is the same kind of thing.
