Facemask Mods

I haven't try to mod anybody with a facemask until now.

Is there anyway to add a facemask to models?
The only way I'm finding right now is to edit a guy who has a model with facemask, like Rip Hamilton or D-Rose.

This is the only way to do it.
You could get with trevorjpt33 to find out how he transferred face shapes from one player to another.
This would allow you to just use the players with facemask and quickly transfer the faceshape info for the player you need them to be, without going into blender.
