anyone know how archone did the sfx mods?

anyone know how he imported sounds into it? i understand how to open the file and i can export and listen to the raw files, but i can't import anything back, won't work with RED MC as it crashes it and the nba 2kxx tool doesn't support importing of that nature

Yeah, although the sfx_inside is a .iff file, not a bin, so as far as I know it doesn't work. I can export the audio from it using RED MC (it exports as a raw audio), but I can't import as I'm pretty sure RED MC just does not allow it. It seems to error a lot, more than usual when importing stuff. I can't open Archone's though as it says something about a range error.

Well, I figured out how to do it since I realized maumau had given a bit of a tutorial on how, I'm experiencing issues though, so I messaged him.

So how did you do it? Im working on a fictional college mod but i want the real college brick sounds like how i sounds on March Madness 99.
