I think it's reprehensible that Portland and Denver's courts are screwed up by the patch. Why can't 2K correct this? I shouldn't have to use a tool like Explorer, to correct a mistake that they made. Also I don't have a clue, as how to use it??

...it's not on 2k....? It's the fact you have mods that conflict with their patch. Delete sXXX.iff for both Portland and Denver and the problem is fixed. 2k deserves lots of blame but going after them for something you chose to do (aka mod the game) isn't one of them.

Ok... with all due respect, this wasn't a problem last year when they patched the game, the court edits weren't touched. And I thought the floor files are causing the problem, not the stadium files.

It wasn’t a problem because 2k just overrode whatever mods you had last year and you didn’t notice. This year there is conflict, which is due to modding not 2k. The way you phrased it, it sounds like your blaming 2k when in reality they have no incentive to ensure that their patches mesh with mods. If the texture is grey it’s a fxxx.iff file. If the players and crowd is black, it’s a sxxx.iff file. Delete the corresponding files and it’ll be “fixed” in the sense that it’ll be 2k’s patched content.

^^ Thanks a lot, it worked. Maybe I did blame them, but I was pointing out that the mods worked after patching last year, and not this one, and the modded courts look much better. It's all good, can't do anything about what you can't control.

strange thing, on older versions (i went back to 1.1), the floor texture is too large.

I just reinstalled the mods through the file explorer, think I fluked it to work though more than anything. Good luck.

Try deleting manifest_g file in your main 2K19 directory, if that doesn't work open up Steam on your computer > RIGHT click on NBA 2K19 > click on properties > local files > and click on verify integrity of game files and try again using 2K explorer (you might have to re-add/import files back to the game if you verify integrity of game files. The modded files most likely will be overwritten by default 2K19`s files)

file explorer is very complicated, i dunno how i succeeded to make it work(luck), but after i upload file, i tried file explorer again to upload another file, now is not working properly anymore
