Help with .iff - Logo Replacing

Hi,I don't know if I should post this here,but can someone help me.
I am creating a High School Mod(Offline),and now I want to replace the partial NBA Black and white logos with my own high school logos,so I can make the gyms authentic.I downloaded the File Explorer,but I can't seem to find those logos.If anyone knows what archive are they in and what's their .iff name please tell me.Thank you beforehand.

They're in the 0C archive, just open the manifest in notepad to find out where everything is.

I use paint.net and when tryin to change or edit ".dds" it has an error when trying to open it basically the actual logo itself cause thats the only other file other than the "TXTR.file" even when i try to look at the logo in the 2k file explorer tool under options "show iff editor" nothing loads and i cant see the logo there
