The Celtics don't have a city edition floor. You can see in this highlight video that they are wearing their city jerseys, but the court is the same:

At 7 December 2018 i tried the play now mode and i choosed the jersey city of Celtics. An i got this Different floor. i tried many times and i always got that floor. But the next day i got the normal Celtics Floor.
