How to Put a Created Player into Association Mode

Is this possible to put the created player in all mode like in blacktop or in the rosters so the created player can be also played in quick games, please let me know how to do this =]]

Do you mean from My Career?

You can just create him in the create-a-player section and just make him look the same, give him the same stats etc. Then just assign him to a team. Simple
