Can we create another 2k account in game after getting suspended??

Just curious!
Can we create another 2k account after getting account suspended due to violating policy! Is there any way to create new account at the same game steam??
Cause this is not even a game ban or ban like vac system.
So is there any possible way to create another account in the same digital copy of steam ?
or buyng the game again in another account with different 2k account??
Anyway to bypass? cause after suspension i cant see 2k account option in setting?
is there any way to access that hidden option in game again?
the reason behind my suspension is modifying the roaster in online mode !!

I don't believe so. I haven't been banned on Steam so I can't speak from experience.

What online mode did you modifying? MyCareer, MyGm, MyTeam MyLeague?
