Looks like there may be clipping with the ears and the face texture looks a touch low res. Maybe an improved normal map to give it some texture?

The reference picture was in HD, I increased the face texture color and the detail normal to 2048x2048 because I´m getting good results with the euroleague cfs. I didnt´t change the ears, just I fix the position.

I continue with the Euroleague cyberfaces, here final versions for 4 players of CSKA Moscow:
