Most significantly:
The NBA has recommended the resetting of the shot clock to 14 seconds after an offensive rebounds; a change that’s already been implemented in FIBA competition, as well as in the WNBA and NBA Summer League basketball.

Other than the new rules, I also heard the other day that it will be easier for teams to score because refs are now recommended to call foul on some defensive plays that last season were allowed.
