I'm annoyed that 2k took out the option to wear customs sneakers in mycareer especially with the new rules about colour would be cool to where these

Damn these patterns are really nice. Good work

Here is an example. It is different than what I first thought since you are using textures combined with in game editor. That is a great idea and looks great. If you want an idea of where the UVs are though this will help
geo model of hyperdunk in blender

uv exported as png (this is right and left stacked on top of each other though so I included a right shoe only also)

normal to look and compare as well

it works if you really are editing the texture of the shoe not with this global shoe patterns. Also it takes a greater time

I am new to PC this year... Can someone tell me how do you open the global file so I can use these mods? (Like Shuajota did in his youtube tutorial video above)
Any help is appreciated!

You need to download 7zip to open the global file. Since you're new to PC you probably should go to the below link so you can get the basic principles of modding.

what did you mean by "2k took out the option to wear custom sneakers in MC"? I can easily wear custom edited shoes in MC. but you should pay for them fist and this is sad. but there is a workaround. you can create a shoes with custom name, for example 'my shoes', buy them ingame and wear them. if you want another color (shoebrand and model should be the same I think), exit to main menu, go to shoes editor, delete existing 'my shoes', create the new one with different colors and save them with exact the same name 'my shoes'. now in MC you will have the new colorway for free

Is there any way you can release a roster with all these shoes included, or is there already one on 2k share. Thx

I use winrar to extract files and you can edit the global.iff (where you put the camo files in) by double clicking it then saving it on the winrar and extract to 2k19. 7zip is practically the same but winrar can do it if you use that to extract mods.
