How to get voted for All Stars in MyCareer?

Hello,
I have a problem.
I play MyCareer. I got 25 points per game but still 18 at all star voting.
How can I be in top 10 and higher?
Should I do smthng special?

What are your other stats like? What's your position? Who are you playing for?

To secure an All-Star spot, you've got to put up big numbers across the board. Playing for a winning team generally helps, and the conference you're in and your position determine your competition in the voting, which is a big factor. For example, if you're a guard in the West, the voting is going to be split between several prominent players.

I guess a number of fans is also matters. in my 2nd year I finished 1st in the west with around 3.5M votes (Greek Freak was 1st in the East with approx 2.6M last time I checked btw). and I got 2.8M fans now. some fanlike actions like posterize dunks, alley-oops etc are good for votes IMO
