Is anybody else having problems loading the archives?
I keep getting the message "Index out of range"

You don't have to create a new manifest.
You have to delete manifest-g.
Delete manifest g and try 2K17 explorer again, it will work.

Its in your main NBA 2K19 directory. Just delete that file out of your main folder.

I don't know what else to tell you, it works 100% of the time for me, and it works for other users.
If you deleted the main manifest (which you shouldn't have) you could verify the integrity of your game files, and I'm pretty sure it gets placed back in there.
