Hey, here I post a new version of External File Plugin for NBA 2K19. It´s the Chinese version, so the credits go to Limnono, who brings us a new year this important tool.

In theory, you might be able to just drag vcuielement from 2k19 newscorebug.iff to the 2k18 newscorebug. Otherwise, using the psd texture, it'd have to be rebuilt. Ideally, rebuilding it would be better to incorporate the new score swipe and the timeout popup items.

One question. I extract the files into the main folder of nba 2k19 (at my steam folder: SteamApps/common/NBA 2K19)

Correct? And the is now no MODDED Folder like last year where I put my modded files into?

It depends of your external file plugin version. Modded (english) and Waigua (chinese).
And yes, the same way like in 2K18. I have put a video tutorial on the top

Only for clothing and dornas. You have to follow the original distribution in the game.
